which programs only interview auditioners

I saw a comment on Baylor that they only interview candidates who rotated with them. Heard a similar rumor about MSKCC -- can anyone out there verify/disprove? Are there any other programs where this is also true?

not true for MSKCC -- I did not rotate there, but still got interview.

I heard UCLA only takes people who are either from UCLA or have done a rotation there.
