Hey, as the title indicates,

I was wondering which schools use GPA as a cut off only - ie. as long as you have the 5.0 or 5.5 or whatever, after that it makes no difference if you are just 5.5 or 7.0? (People are invited to the interview on GAMSAT scores alone...)

Specifically, is Sydney like this?

It sure is. You need a GPA of 5.5 or more (5.49 is not good enough)... And a GAMSAT score of roughly 60+ (changes from year to year).

With those marks you would probably be offered to attend an interview. You are then scored a 1, 2, or 3.
1 = You're in.
2 = Maybe - if you're one of the higher ranking GPA/GAMSAT students you will get in.
3 = No chance.
