Do residents who are interviewing an applicant typically have access to your entire application? Or do they only see your personal statement and LORs? Do they see the Dean's letter? Do they see your USMLE and transcripts?

Thanks!

Larryj,
As far as I know (personnal experience), the resident(the interviewer) sees everything coz he/she has a copy of ur information from eras eg.education,cv,usmle,lors,...personnel demo.,and they base on this info to ask qs .The interview I went, the interviewers check the form-- the performance during the interview as the interview goes along.
