Like with Step 1 and Step 2 CK, the NBME offers practice materials including a free PDF of sample questions for Step 3. The practice exam was last updated November 2017 and has 137 questions.

I recently posted explanations for them here. Hope they're helpful. The questions are absolutely worth doing.

Great correlation. Take 2 NBME forms and if you do good on both of them then you are good to go.
