Step I Hitting 70% on Q-Bank- Am I in good shape?

I'll say it again. Q-bank is not a predictor of success on Step 1. Some people say it is, but I know many people with the same q-bank score and received range of 220-260. So you will pass (As do most people) but can't say what your score will be. Learn from your mistakes and keep going.
If you are getting a 70% on Qbank, there is no way you will fail the exam unless you have a panic attack 
Despite what others say about the corelation between qbank and the usmle, if you can answer the questions on qbank and do well, you should have no problem with the usmle. Some even say if you get 55% or higher on qbank, you will at least pass. I guess we will find out soon enough.

Thanks for the advice guys. Made me feel better. I just did 2 tests (100 ?s) and got a 58% on one and a 72% on the other for a 64% average. The consensus seems to be that I will pass, which is obviously great. I do want to get at least a 210, but of course I definitely want to pass if nothing else. Thanks a bunch.

q-bank does not test your ability to reason. it tests your ability to know a simple factoid. Step 1 tests your ability to reason since there are usually questions with multiple steps required to get the correct answer.
I can tell you that if you get 70% on USMLE you will pass.
