I know there are people out there that work as a nurse or PA and decide they want to go to medical school and become a doctor. However, just getting your BSN or even NP or PA and then applying to med school isn't really going to help you. Why? They are different philosophies so the extra education isn't going to directly relate to medicine as a science, you haven't gotten any more clinical experience than if you hadn't gotten the degree, and it LOOKS like you're just trying to use it as an applicant booster. Also, you'll have to explain why being a doctor is so important to you (the title & prestige? money?) since you can care for patients with your other degree already. *Just my opinion*
