Any advice on a helpful book etc. that got you through? This is so much harder than anatomy. 🙁

Blumenfield's Neuroanatomy through Clinical Cases was a book that I found particularly useful in Neuroanatomy and eventually on my neurology rotation. It's a larger book but it was the only one I needed to use; I didn't read it cover to cover, just looked up what I needed to larn.
You could also try Basic Clinical Neuroscience by Young & Young.
not a bad book...my recommendation is to stick to actual neuroscience books, not neuroanatomy. although there is some neuroanatomy on the shelf, it's much more focused on the science aspect of it through tracks, lesions and complications.👍
I also recommend that book.
