Since a lot of people want to know if their stats are good enough, I decided to post two links to help you guys decide for yourselves.

1. http://www.aamc.org/data/facts/

The data is broken down by race/gender/major/state/etc, but I think #17 gives the best generalized info.

2. http://www.washington.edu/uaa/gateway/advising/downloads/gpamcat.pdf

This is taken from the MSAR and broken down by school.

Now remember, this is just the first hurdle to clear if you want to be competitive. You also need clinical/research/volunteer/leadership experiences, great letters, a fantastic personal statement, and a special "something" to stand out.

And as always, there are going to be exceptions and outliers, so merely winning The Numbers Game is no guarantee of anything. Good luck, and I hope this helps.

Nice Info, is it just me, or the average GPA for Matriculants has gone up to 3.7 from last 2 years 3.5-3.6-ish
