I saw an earlier thread asking how old everyone is, but that was from wayy back in 2006. I just thought I should make one for those applying this cycle!

I'm 21, will be 22 when DS starts 👍

I can't believe that there is already an entering 2010 class. Seems like just yesterday I was submitting my application for dental school...walking a few blocks away , praying and kissing the application fee envelope for VCU as I tossed it in the mailbox.

I was entering class of 2007! I'll tell you this... Time goes by FAST! 🙂

Yeah power to the non traditional applicant!! I am 29 now and will hopefully be 30 upon entering DS!!!
 
21 here... Super excited for school to start!

EDIT: I am entering in 2009... is this what you mean? Or do you mean entering over a year from now?

I will be 21 december this year. I am graduating a year ealry from my undergrad. If I go to UoPs 3 year program, i would be a dentist at 24. 2 years younger than most. . . ballin
 
20 - but 21 soon. If I get accepted, I'd be turning 22 when dental school starts.
 
20 now...will be 21 in a few days...22 entering DS!
 
26 now... 27 when we start! I love this thread - didn't realized there were so many of us oldies 🙂
 
Yeah no kidding, I will be 25 when dental school starts.

It irks me when my peers who just turned 21 are starting dental school this fall. They will be done at the age that I started 😕

I stopped counting my age since middle school.
I was born in 1985, april. How old am I?

And I am almost positive the average age of matriculation is 24/25. so +1 or -1 is not old.
