Can DO's become surgeons?
If so what kinds and is it any more difficult then being an MD surgeon?

1: do try to use the search feature...many have asked the same question.

2: DOs can do ANYTHING an MD can do. The can even apply to MD residencies. The one and only difference is DOs receive extra training in OMM. Do a google search for osteopathic orthopedic surgeons or plastic surgeons...see if that gets u anywhere
