looking for a one bedroom apt in a relatively quiet area in richmond close to the VA hospital and VCU itself. Need to have parking. Room mate ok, but i am ideally looking for a situation whereby I would take over an apartment a fellow/ resident/ medical student has been renting just for the sake of knowing its a decent place to live. This would be to start July 1 but I would love to do some moving in sooner if possible
I will be coming to richmond for a fellowship , and ideally would like a nice work/play balance in the area.
