1 month out need advice

sitting one month away from the kahuna. I’m through uworld twice 74 -> 83 and used tzanki. I’ve got a schedule set up to start taking practice exams now and work on NBME questions and exam taking + bio stats/ epi for the Last month. Anyone have any suggestions?
