1 year masters programs vs. 2 year masters programs

hi all,

so for those in 1 year masters programs, what did you guys in that 1 year time frame after completing the masters program and waiting for dental school? did you apply for internships? would you recommend going in for a 2 year masters instead? thanks.

Im applying for one year master programs but Im also planning on applying to dental school at the same time so that I dont have to take the year off. Thats what schools recommend I heard.

well I know that umdnj specifically wants a full year of grades before they consider your application. So with that in mind, use the time off to either work on your weak points in your application or if your GPA is the only thing and you fixed it with your masters, go enjoy life.

On another note, I'd say make an appointment with a school you really want to go to and ask them what they would recommend you do with your free time while waiting for application cycle to start up. Good luck
