Remove California Northstate since they have accreditation problems. You have several state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with no connection to the state. I suggest these schools with your stats:
OHSU
Kaiser
California University
UCSF
UCLA
USC Keck
Arizona (Phoenix and Tucson)
Miami
USF Morsani
Duke
U Virginia
Vanderbilt
Washington University (in St. Louis-almost a guaranteed interview with your stats)
Northwestern
Western Michigan
U Michigan
Ohio State
Cincinnati
Pittsburgh
Jefferson
Rochester
Hofstra
Einstein
Mount Sinai
NYU
Tufts

Over what period of time have you scribed? You could get some interest between OHSU and some OOS medical schools, but your application seems to have very few hours overall. The only thing besides scribing is a club sport. For context, your research comes out to be 75 hours a year, which is less than 2 hours a week on average.

I scribed for a year from 2020-2021. I was hoping adding planned/future volunteering hours would help a little bit for my application this cycle, but I'm sure that's perceived much differently than having already done the hours.
Yes, projected hours don’t count for much and this year, AMCAS now clearly separates projected from completed.
