Well, the title is a little misleading. I had one or two C's in my humanities classes, and I retook a C- to get a C+ in Microbiology, but you get the point!
Just try your hardest, keep improving, study smart (adapt your study method to make sure it is actually helping you comprehend and maintain) and you'll get in!
I got into Indiana, had 3.14 oGPA and 2.99 sGPA after 3 semesters of post-bacc work, got 19AA and 23PAT on the DAT, and this is my first year applying.
Don't lose faith!!!
