Took Uworld 2 9 days ago and got a 226. Since then I’ve finished the last 4 sections of pathoma, gone through a few sections I’m weaker on again, and have been hitting uworld hard. Hoping to land between 226-235 ideally. Any tips on how to best utilize the next week and a half? I take comlex Thursday so I’ll be taking most of Wednesday and Thursday off for that. Currently plan to take nbme 18 Saturday or Sunday and hoping to hit sketchy micro/pharm 1 more time at 2x, a few sections of pathoma, and keep going over biochem. Thanks!

The first three chapters of Pathoma are extremely high yield, and looking through the biochem section of FA the night before my test got me 3 questions. However, I would scour the trends and data in UWorld to see what your deficiencies are and hammer those too.

Thanks man will do! Any last minute comlex advice? Currently skimming through the green book and going through the sketchy micros I’m iffy on

Bring lube.

Jk lol. Pace yourself well, timing was an issue for lots of people. I watched the OME OMM videos one time through and memorized the VS chart from youtube (highly recommend, you'll get 10+ questions on this easily and if you have it copied down on your scratch paper it's easy points) and that was enough for OMM. Glance through the MSK anatomy pages in FA the night before, like the dermatomes and stuff. I had multiple questions straight out of those pages, it's straight out of FA but is easy to forget. Be ready for insurance and ethics crap where you have zero idea what's going on.

How HY are drawing out all the chapmans points? I know the important ones and would rather not spend the next few days memorizing how to write them out

Honestly not very. I drew them all out and there was exactly one question that asked for the chapman's point, and it was one of the easy ones everyone knows cold. It is probably a crapshoot as to which one or two will show up on your test and likely not necessary to draw them all out. Know them in your head and that will be good enough.
