I just realized that I've only got a week and a half left before the summer session begins. Ugh. 🙁 Man, intercession has gone by fast!

I'm enrolled for research credit and physics. Anyone else taking classes this summer? I thought we could commiserate.

I'm taking physics as well and will work in a lab.

One of my classes started Tuesday, and the other 4 start June 5th. At least you have a week and a half of vacation left lol.

I'm taking
Intro to PC applications (basically just office stuff that i know already lol)
Intro to Programming Fundamentals (intro java)
Intro to C programming platform
Tech Writing 1
Calc III

plus working as much as I can (at least 20 hours/week, hopefully more)

Work keeps getting in the way. Wish I could cut that 50 hours a week of BS out.

Started working full time just days after my last final with class starting shortly after. Also gearing up for the August MCAT while visiting with professors and reworking my personal statment, volunteer... Hey at least I'll have around a 2-week break before the start of fall semester. 😀

Ack - Calc III - Godspeed.

I hated that class so much.

At my school Calc II is the dreaded one of the calc series. Calc III is supposed to be much easier (fingers crossed), and is mostly vector analysis anyway - something I did a ton of in calc-based physics lol. But yeah I expect Calc III to be my hardest class this summer.

To the person who asked if I was a Comp Sci/MIS major...no I'm actually a biology/chemistry double major with a minor in physics. But I will need a few comp sci classes for my masters/phd - biophysics (I'm not really a premed anymore although it's still floating around and a maybe someday dream but i have a huge past to make up for). Anyway long story short, I don't have financial aid/loans available at my university anymore so I ended up needing to take classes elsewhere to get aid (CC/online) to pay down my university bill. So I decided to get a programming certificate plus my remaining prereqs for the physics minor (Calc III, Diff eq) since it was only a couple more classes than I needed for the future masters/phd.

I'm already in my third week of Vertebrate Histology and Hemostasis classes. 🙂

The April MCAT was the weekend before our Spring 06' final exams, which made both very stressful.
