This is what new grads are facing these days. The house was median cost of 500k but at today's 30 year interest rates. The med school loans were around 215k with 10 year payback. Assumes only a married couple. No food/travel/gym/personal expenses added. Am i missing something or is this fairly accurate esp when student loans, car loans, and mortagage all happen to be going on at the same time?
