11/5 and haven't heard a thing in weeks??

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Hey, do you have anyone at your school (advisors, people in the Dean's office, etc) who have access to your application who you could express these worries to? It would definitely be worth it to double check, since by all odds you should have a ton more interviews by now.

It would also be worth it to write an email expressing interest to every school that has offered interviews that you are interested in (and that you applied to, obviously).

Good Luck!

I agree with LuckyST....

Do you have any red flags on your app? Did you apply to more elite programs? Have you gotten your current interviews from your safety or back up programs? Enough programs in your region or non-coastal regions? Issues with your personal statement or LoRs?

Have you gotten TY/prelim interviews? Any problems brought up on those interviews yet?

Hope it gets better for you. Good luck!

Since all I seem to do is wander into threads and agree with LuckyST, I'm not going to break the pattern now.

It's time to email programs ASAP. If you are not rejected and a program has sent out invites, expressing interest now could mean the difference between an interview and a silent rejection. If any of these programs were not in your region, definitely take a moment to express to the programs your ties/interest to that area.

Many people pick up interviews when top candidates start canceling. This shuffle should be starting right about now.

If you didn't have the opportunity to review your MSPE before it was sent out, try to ask your dean or advisor about it and your letters. Better to know about any potential problems now so you can address any issues at the interview; you don't want to be blindsided.
