12th batch applicants

I myself am 9th batch (8/24) but still only this week getting email confirmations from schools saying the app is complete and ready for review...I am thinking we (us later batches) will all be reviewed together over the next couple of months so GOOD LUCK!

Mine was mailed out this morning as well!! and got email conf from 3 schools. I still have my committee letter missing tho.... 🙁

I'm from the 8th batch and still missing the committee letter. Currently have 2 interviews. Get those supplementals in and cross your fingers!!
 
I e-submitted 3 weeks ago and hoped mine would be mailed today... No such luck 🙁

Whens your interview?

I just got a supp app from nova today. Filled out and e-submitted right away! I didn't say much for "any circumstances that you think would aid the committee" or something tho lol.

Good to hear/ know that they still review/ send out interview invites without the committee letter on file. Do you mind sharing your stats?
 
Nova is quick!! You'll know whether they want u or not very quickly. In my case, I was receiving emails from them every other day up until I got the interview.

I just snooped and found your DAT, and I think you are gonna be fine, LOL. My impression from Nova is that their initial review isn't very thorough. What is your GPA?

part of this group as well... my gpa is lower than avg. so i will keep u guys up to date how its working out... every thing is in ... my dentist letter of rec gos out this week but i have yet for aadsas to receive my DATs... i hope for a successful cycle for all of us 🙂

My score was received by AADSAS ~ 1.5 - 2 wks ish from the date I took the DAT.

I think my gpa is lowest from applicants.
 
I just heard back from MidWestern on 9/21 to set up an interview date. The soonest interview is on January 8th; i was a bit surprised at the late interview date.

Submitted supplementals to Western, UoP, UCLA, Michigan, and Louisville, just waiting on interview dates.

DAT: AA 21, TS 21, PAT 20
GPA: 3.89

Hey Guys,

Just got my interview for NOVA. Interview scheduled for December 13th.

Don't give up. My stats are far below stellar. We can do this guys!

sGPA: 3.24 overallGPA: 3.59

DAT scores: AA/TS/Bio/GC/OC/PAT/RC/QR- 21/20/20/22/19/19/21/21

Still waiting to hear back from GHSU, UAB, NYU, University of Louisville, and UNC

I got my first interview Friday 9/28 from NYU!!!

Interview date 10/23

Gpa 3.63, sGpa 3.58

AA 23: TS 27: PAT 21
 
Congrats on the NYU interview! I hope i get one, its one of my top choices.

As far as schools I applied to, I chose all NY,NJ,MA,PA schools plus Maryland and excluding Harvard and Buffalo ( too cold up there lol)

I just got my second interview today for UMDNJ on January 18th. A little upset this is a post dec 1 interview.

I got my first interview at UMDNJ as well for Jan 18. Very excited!

My application was received there on 9/14.

NSU Interview scheduled for 12/06 🙂

(NSU came in before Maryland tho)

My application was completed 8/20 and mailed out 9/14. I only received the 'app received' email then the invite email,nothing in between.

Do you mind sharing how much notice Stonybrook gave you to prepare for the interview?
 
I applied to UMaryland 12th batch and got the secondary today.

@21092109 I had a stony interview (9th batch) and they gave me 7 days notice.

Yes, Stony Brook allows you to pick a date to come in for an interview. I chose the first offer which was a 5 day notice.
 
Did you try emailing any of the schools you applied to? Might help. Stay positive.

I called them all up to make sure my application was complete and ready to be reviewed. Just hoping for the best.
 
Hey everyone Im new to SDN.
Dont lose hope. I am 12th batcher as well. I got 4 interviews so far. Since i submmitted i have hear from 1 school a week. Only rejection so far has been NOVA. I applied to 18 total. You just have to play the numbers.
