So one school I applied to is already done making their acceptance calls. I didn't get one and I was quite bummed and a little surprised. But I have a huge research paper to work on.👎

Yeah, what school was that? I don't think anything will be happening till 9 or 10 am EST tomorrow morning. Maybe not? I know OSU isn't calling anyone till those times, and I'm guessing a lot of other schools won't start calling people till at least after 8:00 am. Some should indeed update AADSAS at midnight though. Good luck everyone!

i don't see how you can make that statement with any kind of certainty
 
There's always email. I believe in years past there were a few schools who must have set the emails to go out at midnight (not sure which timezone).
 
Hehe.. Already got my acceptance in November 😛 University of Mississippi 🙂
 
Dr. Babbage at Louisville said they have it set to send emails at midnight but she said to account for any possible glitches she assured us we would have the email in our inbox by 8am eastern time.

Most people that got offers today will probable get other offers. There will be spaces. Be patient and focus on your research paper.
 
4 hours, 46 minutes till Dec. 2. I'm pretty sure OSU won't have the portal updated yet since they're calling tomorrow morning, but I can't help checking anyways + feeling like AADSAS is going to come in like a wrecking ball, trying to break down my walls and breaaaake me.

Wow, 4 hours away from midnight 🙂 at least for me NYC ... I feel i wont sleep tonight refreshing ASADAS page over and over!!! till the decision appear then the moment of silence where I go "WTH, really ? Me ? a dentist? Wow, Really ? Me? lol
the anticipation is killing me

I just got a phone call from a wrong number. I'm pretty sure I had the most enthusiastic hello of anyone that the very confused man ever misdialed.
It was rather disappointing to find out that he was calling about an ad on Craigslist, though.

If the AADSAS portal updates at midnight it would be at midnight eastern time right? So 11pm for Texans?

I don't think portals will update at midnight. Will probably happen sporadically through tomorrow morning.
 
^ I'm gonna stay up at till midnight and beyond a little bit just to be sure. In the mean time, I shall avoid anything related to productivity, unless it means progressing in Candy Crush Saga. Level 147, let's go.
 
I guess I'm the only one turning off my internet at 9 PST to avoid being tempted by the portal and SDN. Haha. If the portal doesn't update at 9... 10... Etc., I know I won't be getting any sleep.

I hope I wake up to the sound of my ringtone tomorrow morning!

147 was a beast. Chances are you'll get into a dental school before you beat it.

^ That's intense! I probably would have, but I never bought any lives or power-ups. The most lives I can go through at once is 5, so I've only made it this far in the past 7 months or so.

Anywho, the stroke of midnight hath passed and my AADSAS remaineth unchanged. Thus, I shall depart, and seest thee in the morning. <--- mot sure whats with the old english, but it will be gone in 10 hours or so
 
@NMC2010 just a tip for candy crush, you can always change your date and time in your iphone settings and automatically get more lives 😀

see, i once tried this...and had to wait 24 hours for a new life when I changed the time back. My mom didnt believe me so..she ended up waiting 24 hours as well. torture!

Got my acceptance email early this morning. Status on aadsas just changed at 8 to "Offer Made". Howard university
