You can't go by this because it would limit you to 103 schools. There are quite a few good DO schools, even without an attached hospital.

Not directly attached, but ARCOM is basically affiliated with the 2 main hospitals in Fort Smith, Baptist health and Mercy, both within 15 minutes or less from the school.
