You are sick. You might be contagious. You are not at your best.
On the other hand, the interview is tomorrow, travel to the school will not be a huge expense, and you might have a better chance of admission if the admission offers are rolling (they aren't always).

The alternative is to postpone the interview to a time when you are feeling better, less likely to spread germs to others, and at your best. The downside is greater expense and effort to get to the interview and, maybe, a disadvantage regarding rolling admission.

I'd take rolling admission off the table. The balance now is the cost/inconvenience of travel vs your health and how you present yourself to others. If you show up with foggy thinking, difficulty speaking and cold or flu symptoms, there may be some judgments made about your judgment and your desperation for an interview.

I'd reschedule but I'm an interviewer who'd rather not interview people who may be contagious.

Hi. I have an OOS interview tomm and I do not feel great. Sore throat, headache, hurts to talk, etc. I am a drive away from the school rn, but if I reschedule I will have to fly here. I am not sure if I should reschedule. I really like this school and want to put my best foot forward, but also rolling admissions. The school is interviewing into Feb/March. I would really appreciate any advice.
You desire to save money and balance the risk of the rolling admissions is outweighed by:
1) You will not be at your best when interviewing while sick
2) Your judgement will be seriously questioned for interviewing while sick
3) Me personally, if I knew that I caught a cold from you while interviewing you, I'd reject you
