Our tuition didn't change, but... they cut a bunch of resources and made changes to the curriculum because they "didn't have enough money" to do what had been done previously.
They also made staff go on mandatory furloughs to try to avoid laying people off.
Oh... & they also made us sign an agreement that we wouldn't ask for refunds this year due to getting less for our tuition than we would have pre-covid. Of course, they also won't admit that it is most definitely "less", & keep repeating that we "will be prepared" for the rest of our training.
If I could go back in time (& knew that Covid was coming), I'd be strongly tempted to pick the medical school with the biggest endowment - not the one I thought I liked the best based on the limited interview/second look exposure.
