Could I keep doing Big Brother Big Sister (that's what my childcare volunteer is) or would you recommend diversifying it a bit?
Do not say childcare volunteer if you are serving as a Big Brother Big Sister. The program is well-known and childcare insinuates something like helping out at a daycare.

Face-to-face is always going to be preferable. I am impressed if you actually are communicating with pen/cil and paper as opposed to a group chat. 🙂
Face-to-face is better, as Mr. Smile said. You can still count it on the app as non-clinical volunteering and I assume you’ve done BBBS in-person.
