The apartment has:
• A private entrance
• A living room with a dining area
• A small kitchen with the basics for cooking and service for four
• A sleeping area with a full-sized bed separated from the other living areas by a ¾ high wall. Dresser is in the bedroom and wardrobe in the living room. It's ideal for one.
• A bathroom with a tub
• Shared internet and coin-op laundry
The neighborhood: Our corner of Eastlake is a bustling neighborhood with the lake, cafes, grocery stores, restaurants, the farmers market, a historic movie theater all within walking distance. The house is on several bus lines, is a beautiful 20-minute walk to Lake Merritt BART station, and has a bike lane, share bikes, and free on street parking nearby.
Costs: $1,550 per month (utilities are included).
Requirements:
• A signed lease and addendum
• First months rent, last months rent and a security deposit in the amount of 50% of one month’s rent (security deposit is fully refundable upon return of apartment key and a satisfactory apartment inspection)
• A one-time cleaning fee of $200
