I've taken the Kaplan DAT course a few months ago and have been studying the materials that were given with the class, but I'm not feeling as prepared yet as what I would like to be. I plan on buying Topscore tomorrow so that I can take those exams, but I am also thinking about buying Destroyer. Do you think it's too late to buy Destroyer and go through the book or would it be easy to get through the book once (maybe even twice?) in the next 2 and a half weeks? I've heard that it's super helpful, but I'm not sure if I'll have enough time to get through it. I really want to try and not keep pushing back my test date. Thanks for any input!

I used destroyer to prepare and I thought it was very helpful. There is a lot of material included in the book, but it is all practice questions. It may be possible to get through most of the book if you dedicated a lot of hours to it over the next 2 weeks; however, I am not sure how much you would get out of it when rushing through it. Topscore is a good choice for extra prep. Also, I found Kaplans PAT practice lacking. Not sure how prepared you feel about that portion of the test, but Crack DAT was helpful in getting more prepared for that as well as the other sections of the test. Hope this helps!

Destroyer is worth it, but order it ASAP because they have it mail it to you. If you do like 30 Orgo, 30 Gen Chem, and 40 Bio questions a day you can easily go through the whole thing in like a week and a half or so. I've heard the questions are slightly harder than the real test but I can't verify this. They aren't like Achiever hard though were its just discouraging. I would highly suggest it.
