1st Batch of OptomCAS apps sent out yet?

Hey guys! Does anyone know if the first batch of applications have been sent out by OptomCAS? I had heard from a few schools that they were expecting the apps by the first week of August but I haven't heard anything since then. Good luck to everyone else applying this year =)

I don't think they have. I just wanted to know if your GPA been verified yet? OptomCAS received my transcript on August 1 but the GPA has still not been calculated.

Isn't waiting the worst? My grades still haven't been verified and apparently my letters of recommendation haven't been done. Will partial applications be sent or does every part have to be complete (ie transcripts, LoR, etc.)?

Last year, the first batch of apps was mailed by OptomCAS on september 10th.

Just to update you guys, my GPA has been verified. From what I have seen, it takes approximately 2 weeks to verify the GPA once the transcripts have arrived. Now, OptomCAS states that my application will be included in the next batch of applications. Below you will find the e-mail that OptomCAS has sent me. Hope this helps.

The first batch of applications have been sent out to the schools. I looked at the status the other day and it said my application had been mailed to each school on August 12.

My GPA was calculated on August 6th.
