Well, the way I see the whole admission process is about proving yourself. You prove yourself you have the commitment and self-discipline by getting an excellent GPA in science and other classes and can survive med-school.
You show you understand science and received competitive education in your college by getting a good MCAT.
You prove yourself you have a strong motivation by doing volunteer work etc.

So far, you're failing on all three counts. If you can change that, say, by bringing your GPA to at least 3.5, get 30 or higher MCAT, write about an extraordinary experience like in Africa that made you really want to become a doctor after your freshman year in your PS, then yeah, I guess you can say it's chill.
