About 1200 square feet, wraparound deck, gas fireplace, remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. Has 2 reserved parking spots. Within walking distance of UNC Hospitals and also right off several bus lines (NU, NS, T, etc.). In a quite community with mostly graduate students and baby boomers. Rent is $1250/month and lease could start late May-July. Would prefer a long term lease, great for an incoming resident.
