For those of you who already took Step I, which option do you think is more high yield: FA read through or UW questions, especially incorrect ones?

I really wouldn't do either. The last set of questions I did was a 50 question set from the NBME fred program that you can download 3 days b-4 .

If you used any types or videos in your preparation for pharm or micro, simply relax and let the person speaking go over drugs, MO, or something that requires lots of memorization and that is high yield, but I would not do any overkill

On the day b-4, I woke up early, exercized, walked, and did everything and everything that I could to avoid thinking about anything related to medicine. About the only thing I was review and practice formulas. I needed one last bit of practice.

I got a great night of sleep, and I was good to go on the day of the exam.

I know there are other people who did well and did other things, so I don't want to say that my way is the only way, but this worked very well for me it terms of how I prepared for the exam.
