Hey guys would you say that when an egg is ovulated it is released into the body cavity and THEN is swept into the oviduct (isn't this how ectopic pregnancy can occur (1 way at least if the egg implants in the abdomen)).

And secondly topscore seems to think that gas exchange occurs across the placenta, which i agree with, but not when chorionic vili is also a choice - since its more specific. Any input is appreciated 🙂

Taco,

Stop this now 😀 You're gonna do fine on the DAT. My gurantee still stands you'll not get anything less than a 24AA. peace

One more question to throw into the mix 😀

If a question says which of the following are lewis acids. (NOT ONLY lewis acids)

and you have BF3 as a choice and HNO3 which is correct. I know BF3 is only a lewis acid, but isn't HNO3 also a lewis acid b/c it is defined as a arrhenius acid and Bronsted lowry acid and lewis definitions encompass the lower 2?

Absolutely correct in my opinion.

Taco,

The questions you are asking are way too detailed for the scope of the DAT. You can get the answers right if you simply have good FAMILIARITY of the subject matter. The option choices to ur lewis acid question would look like this:

A. BF3
B. NaOH
C. Glucose
D. :luck:
E. Your neighbor's pet monkey, Lewis

Get the drift? It's very straight forward, there are no trick questions, once again: just go take the test. 😎

To answer ur question: HNO3 and BF3 are both lewis acids

I disagree with Eddie on this one. While I agree that Taco's questions are a little extreme, I found the DAT to ask many tricky questions. I didn't feel like they were always straight forward at all.
