2 F's in the same class, how to replace

there is no DO grade replacement policy anymore.
2 Fs will be kept on the transcripts and theoretical A will also be recorded.
You can't replace, it's carved in the rock.

The DO grade replacement is something everyone knows about as is the FACT that DO schools are easier to get into.

Not that late, apparently it was changed this year. And Fs were bc of circumstances outside life. Why do you look forward to ppl's failures?
Why would i look forward to anyone failure? If anything, i wanted to hear about your success, so long as you have recognized what went wrong during the first two times. Also thanks for the added details

I mistook your encouragement for sarcasm. Sorry I appreciate it. I can still apply to MD schools but the DO grade replacement was a nice backup. They're making it harder and harder so people who are passionate about medicine but with hard lives can't become doctors but status seekers with everything handed to them can.
High horse? I'm a first gen college student who went to a community college for 2 years. I was probably taking out my bottled up frustration of grade replacement out on your thread, so I apologize.
I understand what you feel, but I don't think that they are making it harder on purpose. I think it's just a principle of supply and demand. There are thousands of candidates with above average stats. Still hundreds of candidates with low 3.0 GPA get in.
I am sure that even without grade replacement you can get in.

It takes 6 A's to counterbalance 2 F's for a 3.0. Ouch.

So, my question would be, why did you fail it twice? Content? Studying? Personal problems?

Congrats again but you have a great Mcat score though. Your Mcat score could have forgiven your past transcript sins. I'm not saying you shouldn't encourage OP but your circumstances are different.
They haven't taken the MCAT yet. Nothing wrong with encouraging. There is ways to fix.

No, not everyone deserves to be a doctor and there are lots of people with hard lives that have good grades and get accepted. Some of my classmates fall into this category and are very inspiring. The schools don’t owe you anything.

I'll give you insight I don't think have yet.
There is no such thing as a medical school that is easy to get into with "two F's in a single class".
Be careful for underestimating your competition, as even the "easiest" medical schools in the country require a minimum cGPA of 3.0. With many schools have 7,000-15,000 applicants for 100-300 seats, you gotta be on top of your game from now on.
At both schools I went, withdrawing while failing is an F anyways.

Best thing you can do is keep moving forward. There is nothing you can do about your past F's other than learn from it and do better (by do better I mean you need to aim for straight A's now in all your courses). If you retake that course again for a third time you need to get an A in it. If you can't get an A in it don't take it again. There are certain classes I avoided in college because I knew I wouldn't do well in them (i.e Calculus). Know yourself, dig down deep, and do better! Don't give up.
Whats that science GPA look like? How did you fail an english class twice? There could be some underlying issues that should be adressed before you worry about even considering applying to med school.

I got 2 F's and it took me an extra year to get my GPA above a 3.4. I did get straight A's for that extra year at 20 credits each though. It's possible, just don't mess up. One of my F's were in English as well lol.
