The house is approximately 3700 square feet and is 9 miles from the Napa Valley College. Located a minute away from the local Police / Fire Station. The house is centrally located near Safeway, In-Shape Gym, Walmart, the Post Office, and several restaurants/businesses. Convenient, easy access to Highway 37, I-80, Highway 29. Ideal location for individuals working in Napa, Fairfield, Vallejo, Concord, Walnut Creek, Martinez, and Marin County. Backyard and front yard are clean and well maintained.
