Hey everyone! I'm beginning to prewrite secondaries and am kind of concerned about the lack of research output. I'm interested in applying to a Fulbright Anthropology Masters in Taiwan that I'm super interested in. The thing is, it's going to take 2 gap years. I also thought about applying to a MD/PhD in anthropology but don't think I have the hours to back that up. I'm also not sure if my non clinical hours are enough. Let me know what yall's thoughts are. Thank you for your help!
1. cGPA 3.93 sGPA 3.93, 131/132/130/131
2. nj resident, strong nyc ties, t10 undergrad, ORM, SES disadvantaged, currently a junior
3. 800 hrs volunteer emt at fire station. 100 hrs paid emt working at an IFT company
4. 800 orgo research across two labs. one poster presentation and one accepted abstract at regional conference (was unable to attend for personal reasons) at first lab. no abstracts or presentations at second lab but mentor said that i'll be a 2nd author on their upcoming pub
5. 400 hrs anthro research. independent research with IRB approval and grant. am going to submit an abstract to a national conference
6. 40 hrs shadowing. 10 hrs peds ER, 8 hrs nephrology, 6 hrs internal med, 25 hrs family med
7. 250 hrs prepping and delivery medically tailored meals to underserved populations
8. 400 hrs mentoring/tutoring
9. Gates scholarship, no other meaningful awards
10. worked at my family's business since i was 12. related to my research
