So I'm bored on a Friday night.

Man, I must have been under a rock for a while. I have not heard of Huron Valley, MI radio program. I'm from Auburn Hills, MI and applying to all MI programs but ERAS does not even list that program.

I was making it up to make myself feel better.....

Hint: Look in ERAS again, it will say: MSUCOM/Huron Valley/Sinai Hosp in Commerce, MI

Another hint: It's under the DO programs....

Hope that helps.

Anyody have the motivation to make a comprehensie list like this one and then just keep adding new offers onto it?
I am lazy and lurking.

Southern Illinois - 11/3
Loyola Chicago - 11/9

I swear, this is a totally random process. And as for the organized list, I tried to start that, but nobody really added directly to it, so gave up.

what's the protocol for telling how interested you are in a program? do you tell every single one that they are your #1? hmmmm

i think the best way to show someone you're interested is to do a sub-i... obviously you can't do that at every single one..

Yeeeeeeeeeeahhhhh Boyeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!🙂

30 denials so far.

you'd figure if some of these people were going to reject you, they'd have the kindness to let you know by now... i'm still waiting to hear from like 2/3 - 3/4 of places i applied.

not to mention a thousand rejections...I can't wait for all this to be over!

does emailing programs to tell them you are interested work in getting an interview? especially now?

Gumshoe

I think it is still worth a shot. It will also depend on whether you have been rejected, or whether you had never heard anything from the program. I felt like it was getting too late also, but I tried contacting a couple that had rejected me, and I was at least put on a waiting list. Hopefully an interview will result, but I'm not getting my hopes up. Also, just last week I contacted a program that I hadn't heard anything from, and was offered an invite just the next day.

There are stories of people who were originally rejected, and ended up matching, so there is always a chance. Good luck.
