Is there anywere I can find the explanations to the questions from the official USMLE CD?

Also, whats the coorelation, in general, with the scores on the practice CD they mail you, if any, to the real thing?
Say I am averaging 77%, what does what mean? Should I be worried?...the Kaplan Qbook reports you need 70% to pass?
