They are still interviewing. I interviewed today (4/12) along with 20 other students. Dr. Mosely said that the class has been full for a while and the admissions committee will either choose to put us on the high waitlist or the regular waitlist. High waitlist means that you would have had a spot if they weren't full already.Do you folks know if they are still interviewing?
According to Dr. Mosely, on April 15th, AMCAS will provide Meharry with a list of all students accepted by Meharry who are holding multiple acceptances. Holding multiple acceptances doesn't mean just getting in to more than one school. It means that the student has paid a deposit or provided written intent to more than one school that they are planning to attend so that the medical school will hold their seat. He will then get in contact with those students and give them a few days to choose between Meharry and the other schools. If they do not choose Meharry, or haven't made a choice within a few days, he has the option to revoke their acceptance and fill that seat with someone on the waitlist. Most medical schools get this information on May 15th but Meharry gets this information from AMCAS early since they start earlier than most other medical schools.
