Is there still an issue with some of the answers on the answer key being incorrect?

Depends on what version you are using. Older versions won't have the updated answer key. You could always Google "2009 dat errors" to make sure.

I actually don't know which version I have...

Then just look up all the 2009 dat question errors and apply them all. That's what I did.
