has anyone heard from any of the above? I know woodhull's "deadline" is tomorrow, but as to the other sites, it's 930 east coast time!

Still waiting on Trinitas and Hudson River Regional... Anyone heard from them?
 
nevermind I just got an interview from Human Services, they were a late one, still waiting on 2 more!
 
I have an interview with the Superior Court, Child Guidance Clinic in DC anyone have any ideas at the type of questions they ask?:scared:
 
No word on Hudson River or Dutchess... I did just receive an interview (email) from Napa state hospital... Weirdest process ever, all the sites I thought were a long shot came through and all my 'safety' sites were rejections.... ?

I'm doing that refresh every 5 minutes thing now just for those last two sites. I know lots of us are waiting on Hudson River, but is anyone waiting to hear from Howard U? Did I accidentally apply to a site that wasn't taking applications this year or something?

Wow, I must be obsessing--I just went through the MATCH-NEWS listserv to see if there were any announcements regarding Howard. Incidentally, there was one I had forgotten: a correction regarding application materials.... which means they did accept applications this year, so I guess I should be hearing from them soon!

Just that the web materials erroneously stated a CD was required (I think it was an additional electronic copy of all application materials or something like that) but it wasn't this year since the AAPI went online. So I guess I'm still waiting. Hard to believe it's 11:30pm on the East coast, and I'm still waiting to hear from two sites in that time zone.

Still waiting on 3 sites with December 15th notification dates...2 of which are on the east coast. Wonder if they are going to make the deadline with 15 minutes to spare?

I'm waiting on 2 east coast sites with Dec. 15 notification dates too. I'm going to continue to stalk my email till midnight (8 more min), then call it a night. Oiy.

I heard from Child and Adolescent Beh. Health today...got an interview there. I am still waiting to hear from Applewood Centers.

Has anyone actually heard back from West Virginia - Charleston about scheduling an in-person visit? I emailed the TD 2 weeks ago, but never got any acknowledgment.

Actually, I take that back! I got it messed up with UMDNJ which is on the 16th but they have gotten us back already. Trinitas is supposed to get back to us on the 15th! Sorry.

I also emailed about 2 weeks ago with no acknowledgment so i emailed again yesterday. I heard back today that they were granting my visit request. I guess I'd recommend emailing back again? Good luck! :xf:

I've gotten 3 interviews and waiting on 2 (Hudson River and Howard University). I'm thinking about calling the other two tomorrow afternoon if I haven't heard anything by then.

Did all the UMDNJs postpone till tomorrow? I applied to Piscataway and checked their APPIC site earlier and it still said the 15th but I didn't hear anything.

I think they just didn't make it for the deadline for some. I got their rejection today at 7pm, this could mean good news for you. I applied to the adult track and there is only one position for that track.
 
Since ppl mentioned it.... I heard back from Dutches County this afternoon, but I was denied.


Also, What did Gregg Keilan say about contacting sites that were supposed to notify bt 12/15 and haven't?

I would not recommend contacting sites (to ask about your interview status) prior to their published interview notification date unless there is some very important reason to do so. There is no rule against doing so, but it's best to let them focus on reviewing applications. Sites are working as diligently as possible to review applications, and will notify applicants as soon as they possibly can.

Furthermore, never ever ever assume anything about your status until you have heard one way or the other. If you haven't heard from a site by the end of the day (11:59pm, not 5:00pm) on its published interview notification date, then contact the site the next day to inquire about your status. Notification e-mails can get caught in spam filters (which means you should check your "spam" or "junk mail" folder regularly), so don't assume that not hearing means that you were rejected.

I am sorry you and Hoping2Match got "passed over" (since it is their loss, right?), but I hope you are right about my news hopefully being good. I hope they e-mail me either way really early so I am not freaking out over it at prac all day!:xf:

Like the other 300 people on this forum (at least it feels that way) I am waiting on Woodhull too. I am also waiting on Hudson River, Kings County, and Geisinger. It's unfortunate that sites don't at least email saying that they will be delaying their decisions.

Woodhull sent out (some) notifications last night but I am not sure if this means that they have sent them all out.

Hi Hoping2Match, did you get an wait listed letter or a rejection letter? They mentioned they can't offer me an interview at this time but will contact me if they have a cancellation...
