Same happened to me, just email them....it might take a couple days, but they will correct it.
A couple of people said that it was fixed quickly. I suppose I'll wait until Tuesday to turn in my secondary.
I can vouch for the MPH / International Health program at Tulane. When I was there, for the MPH, I sat next to a guy who was going to be the Minister of Health for Bangla Desh. We had students from Africa, and a guy on a Shah's scholarship from Iran (he loved the Shah, and was always showing maps of his country, etc.). Not sure if they still have it, but our Parasitology lab used samples from their primate lab...we even had a class JUST on Schistosomiasis.

I've been reading about the speculation that if you get a "complete" email then you did not receive an interview in the first round.
Well, I have NOT receive a complete email yet. But I called Tulane Friday and they told me that my application was complete, and it was about to go to the admissions committee for review. Then I asked the lady how long that would take, and she said 2-3 weeks. So I guess we'll see.

Hmm, I agree, interesting. I think I'm the one who posted that speculation on here, and then the next day I received an ii from another school prior to getting the status change many others had received. I think it may be school dependent as well.

I submitted the secondary about two weeks ago, but my letters of recommendation were not received by them until last Wednesday (Sept 1). I hope to hear something 2-3 weeks from last Wednesday.
Rejection email today, complete August 11th.
I'm also a denizen of limbo land. Complete 8/5; pretty much preparing myself for a rejection to come this way soon.
Right there with you. Submitted 8/3 and it has been all silent since.
maybe that's a good sign. you've passed the initial wave of rejections... now time for interviews 👍👍👍 maybe i'm being too optimistic

i second this.... i was looking for a while on their site and i really couldnt get a feel for the school except that they're committed to helping out new orleans since katrina (so i guess they are very community oriented)... but that cant be all there is to tulane... do they have a mission? does anyone know more?

Are you assuming the time you were complete when you submitted or did you get a complete email? I submitted 8/9 and am anticipating a rejection pretty soon
i submitted everything to them in early july. didn't get the official complete email until august.

Hey...I was just a little confused because when I go onto my secondary application all it says is thank you for registering. However, I have gotten a complete email on 8/17. Is this what is supposed to be there...and they just update you by e-mail? Or should I call and see what the problem is with the status? Thanks in advance!
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but Tulane doesn't have a status page. You have to wait to hear via email. When I talked to an adcom lady on the phone a few weeks ago, she said they pretty much make a decision on your application after reading it (i.e. interview invite or rejection) and email you right away, rather than dragging you along for several months. Based on the posts from several people on this thread, I'd have to say she was right. However, there are a few exceptions of people who have been complete longer and haven't heard anything (good or bad).

I was complete 8/13 so I expected a rejection today but still no word? Hmmm, maybe they just forgot to reject me 
I was complete over a month ago and still no word. I am OOS but still, the process seems fairly random considering the variety of those being given interviews or rejections.

hmm got rejected a couple of days ago. not sure why. 3.8/39T and felt had sincerely expressed interest in tulane on secondary. EC/LOR strong. oh well. good luck to others!
Geez, I'm really feeling for you guys on rejections, everyone's numbers looks great, i guess they have a type of applicant theyre looking for.

Did anyone else receive a rejection followed by an email saying that they were complete and to ignore the rejection email? What a great way to start a Monday...

Yes, which is good! Just FYI I submitted everything on August 2nd and received a complete email today.
