I was still decision pending. The first time I tried to log on I got an error message, so maybe?

I'm sure it's nothing. Probably just a bug in the system. Or that we are going to get interviews. Or that we are all rejected. Probably just one of those options.

Interestingly, I'd bet my life that I NEVER had that link there. Right after you posted this I went and checked, and it was like it's been there the whole time. Just looking at me and mocking me. It's a conspiracy I say!

I looked at some previous pages but can't tell if "Interview decision pending" ultimately led to interviews or not...
I was complete 7/28 and never even had a status line (at all) until now (i.e. all I've had was the three Yes's). I don't know if this "Interview Decision Pending" just appeared today like everyone else's or not though. I had stopped checking a while ago when I repeatedly saw no status line... Glad I checked today 🙂

It's like a small pool. They didn't decide to give you an interview but they are considering whether or not to interview you later.
Did you hear that from admissions or is that speculation?

I have been complete 4-5 weeks with the "Decision Pending" status. I am interviewing at Drexel in late October and would LOVE the opportunity to interview here as well... at what point is it appropriate, if at all, to send an in the area email? I am OOS and work full-time... Thanks!

They don't honor in the area emails. They do accept letters of interests/update letters.
So if you are decision pending for a while, you're not in even the small pool.. = rejection basically?

decision pending, interview decision pending are nearly the same if you are stuck on that status.
I wouldn't worry too much about it. People received invites from both statuses. Vice versa, people have been stuck on that status.
Heads up to everyone - Jefferson LOVES community service. If you haven't been actively participating in some type of service recently (not including clinical volunteering), then you better start now or move your focus to other schools!
You and the other guy are amateurs. My experiences:
While I lived in Philly the PPA put up a two hour parking sign while I was parked right outside my apartment already for three days. So I came back after a weekend away to find three tickets on my car. 🙄
Another time we woke up and all of our cars were gone. It turns out they wanted to do some construction on the road so they came in and towed our cars. Did they leave a note? OF COURSE NOT! They just re-parked us three blocks away. That was a fun walk around the neighborhood.

Edit: This thread seems like one giant troubleshoot for the website. I didn't even get a status they just called me for an interview. I still don't have anything there. Craziness.

I do not recall. I was in the first round of everything but then they forgot about me! It was back in July. 🙂 I don't want to comment to specifically on my stats, but I am in the top 95%. Jefferson is a great school, I can't wait to interview!
Any other Delaware resident applicants on here? When I submitted the secondary it asked me to check if I was applying through the DIMER program for Delaware residents, which I did, but the system didn't ask for any kind of supplementary application for it even though there is a printable version on the website. I called admissions and the lady I spoke with had no clue if online DIMER applicants were supposed to submit anything extra.

I suggest that if you're going to be in the area for another interview, you send one. If worse comes to worst, at least the school knows you're interested. If you want the text of the one I wrote, you're welcome to PM me. Not that mine was amazing or anything, but it clearly wasn't a deterrent in giving an interview.

Decision pending since beginning of august with what I believe are better stats and same ecs as people already offered interviews. Anyone else feel this way? I don't get this at all

Nope. I most definitely am better than you in every respect - that's why I got my interview over you.
Seriously though, you can't have entitlement in this process - it is completely random. I know people at other schools who had lower scores than mine (which suck haha), and got interviews, while I got put on Hold. Does it hurt? Yes. Can I do anything? I can possibly kill them, but that's it. Does it make sense? No, just like everything in this process.
Jefferson is looking for certain qualities in their applicants which may explain why you have not received an interview yet. If you are really interested, send them update letters. I will be updating them once every month or two until they finally cave and invite me. 😀
