Why would it not be 21:00 EST (which is New York's time zone)? Do you guys have a specific reason for assuming they mean GMT?
 
hmm i'm gonna go with its 21:00 EST... and that 1 II got leaked out by accident. hahaha.
 
Received an II around 10:30 this morning. 🙂

I'm having difficulties: I haven't gotten an interview 😛

I'm assuming very very few invites if any have gone out. I guess we wait until this new electronic system sorts things out... waiting a few more hours or days is nothing compared to the waiting we've already done!

I was late into the game, submitting around 8/20.
 
Yep. Submitted 8/25 and just got the Complete email today.

This is the email everyone gets right? "This will inform you that we have received all forms and credentials required to complete your application. The Committee on Admissions will notify you as soon as any final action is taken."

Just being paranoid that if the next step is a "final action" that sounds kinda dismal...
 
For those that got an interview...what were your stats like? Just tryin to gauge if I have a chance or not lol

Invite! This is my top choice and I heard they only interview 11%! I'm so happy!
 
Snuke, were any Friday morning days open when you selected? Not sure if the 28th is open yet or just filled up

the latest date is Wed oct 26th for me. I have an interview in nyc on 27th. would like a friday date so that i could possible hang out with people over the weekend. haha
 
I got an interview invite as well earlier today. For those curious:

I submitted 7/22 and was complete 7/25, got the invite today 9/21.
Also, I checked my status page (the one that always said "Application Complete - Under Review") and that status actually stays the same, so the invite comes via e-mail. :luck: to everyone else wanting to go here
 
It seems like they haven't reached my complete day (or so I hope!)
 
Anyone know if NYU does silent rejections? Will I just remain at "Application Complete - Under Review" until II or March?

I believe the 21st was open, so they do Friday morning interviews, but I could not do anything later than the 24th. It looks like they wanted the early invites to be in a specific range of dates, and as more are sent out, they'll open later dates.
 
II today! They had open until the 26th I believe.

On a different note....does anybody have a spot on the 24th they might be willing to swap for the 25th? I teach high school right now and it's not too pleasant to be away like that. Thanks!
 
Are all the people with II's so far complete before august?
