When are they re-reviewing apps for the people on hold? January?

Gaaaah, over 6 weeks since interview and counting...

I was interviewed 12/03, was told to expect slowdown because of holidays so 4-5 weeks instead of 3. But with people reporting 6 week waits before holidays looks like I am in for a long wait *sigh*

I'll let you know if this is accurate...my campus preference is displayed but I have not been accepted (or waitlisted, or rejected) yet.

No, apparently what I said earlier isn't correct. The campus choice changes once they receive your selection sheet and your status is updated accordingly. This happens before any decision is made, probably 2-3 weeks after the interview date

Interviewed 11/5 Accepted 12/24 by snail mail. My login page was blank until today and I have not received an email update. Interestingly, one of the letters in my package was dated 12/7, but the acceptance mail as a whole was postmarked 12/20.

Is that the classes I will take in the spring?
Also which hotel should I pick? Or should I try to get a student host?
And can someone explain the point of the Clinical campus option?

I'm pretty sure that the "class list" is all the classes that you will be taking in the future (which would be the spring). I stayed at the Sheraton hotel so I could just then walk to my interview. It was a solid hotel at a decent price. You might want to stay with a student host to better learn about the school (I like to be completely focused the night before the interview so I like to stay at hotels). The clinical campus option is to decide if you are going to want to do your clinical years (3rd and 4th years) at Binghampton or Syracuse. Your choice will depend on your personal preference. You should research each campus by looking at the SUNY Upstate website. Hope that helps.

Its an MMI, so I cannot give specifics to what was asked due to confidentiality agreement, but I prepared for it like any other interview and it was fine. Just be yourself and be sincere and I think everything will work out great.

I tried but I couldnt reach them. Maybe it will be easier in the week as they are coming back from break. I am going to hold off on uploading since I will be taking classes in the spring and it would be easier for me to just submit my transcripts in May or June

pretty sure they said during the day of interview that unless you can get it in before ur file goes to committee you dont need to send it in.

Yeah same. Maybe they're still deliberating: our apps aren't awesome enough to accept, but not horrible enough to reject? I have no idea how they're doing this.

I really hope we get some good news this coming week, I'm starting to go insane.

And FWIW now, I called the week before xmas, she said there was no decision on my file, and doesn't know when there will be.

Yes I am pretty sure, all students applying for an MD will go through the MMI interview process, those applying to other programs as well (MD/MPH, MD/PhD) will do a second interview for their specific program.
