Just received a generic rejection email from the Memphis VA. And I thought Sundays were safe!

I was rejected as well. Did yours say, "Should we find that we are able to accommodate additional interviews, we will contact you to make these arrangements."? I'm wondering whether this was generic language to let me down easy or if I really am on some sort of interview wait-list.
Did they specify track(s)? I've still heard nothing!
Mine as well as another person I know said that as well. It sounds so hopeful! Maybe they will change their minds for some lucky few 🙂

Anyone heard from Arizona Psychology Training Consortium? (deadline 12/15)
I hope you get good news! I am ok with it, I feel extremely grateful to have gotten interviews at sites I love! (although, every site I applied to I loved hehe).
I applied for ASAC/CARD, PAS, and BPC, all in the clinical psychology department. They didn't say which tracks, just a generic email. Hope you hear something good soon!
I don't think I've ever had a non-rewarding supervisory experience. (which I would say). But I would explain a time in which I felt less challenged by a supervisor, which led to less growth and development in my early training. I was not given much independence and instead provided interventions for each session by my supervisor, which may have been what she believed I needed as a first year practicum student, but I felt this did not aid in the development of my critical thinking and practical skills. However, as time progressed, she and I became increasingly confident in my clinical skills and I was provided more independence. (so for me, I always spin it to a positive, but it really was a positive, so I guess it's not a spin) haha I think it's important to tell the whole story- the outcome, which is always that something is learned and things work out (at least in my experience).

I still have not heard from any of my four remaining sites today. Good grief!
Yeah, I'm not sure if we have hope or are just waiting to be rejected. Either way, I'd rather just know soon!

I wonder if I should wait tomorrow to give the sites a chance to respond of if I should contact them now that the deadline is going to be past?
Since it was on the weekend, and perhaps some directors have developed good self-care habits and do not work on the weekend (like I *aspire* to one day after all this training madness is over...), I would wait until Tuesday to give them a chance to respond Monday.

Yes, and be really irate about it. Start off the email with, "UGGHHHHHH, when are you going to get back to me? Does it look like I have all day?" Then say, "Your site was last on my list. Now you know why."

Yes. I got an invite to Southern Arizona Psychology Consortium in my junk folder 12/13. The interview dates are Tuesday, January 07th, Wednesday, January 08th, and Thursday January 16th, 2013.
I believe Southern Arizona Psychology Consortium is a different site from Arizona Psychology Training Consortium.

Has anyone received a rejection from U of Kansas Medical Center or U of Florida Health Sciences Center? I know invites went out a while ago, but I haven't heard either way...
Did anyone ever get rejected by Utah State University? I never heard either way and as far as I can tell they never sent rejections. I'll probably email them later today if I don't hear. Why do they wait 3 weeks to send rejections anyway? It's just cruel.
I'm still waiting on hearing either way from UFHSC. I know they sent out invitations like, a month ago, so I'm not expecting the best news at this point. But I would still like to receive some notification from their program in order to bring some closure and finality to this process.
I got a rejection email (very short, and generic) about 11 pm last night. Not very impressive. It does seem odd to finish all the interviews, wait a few days, then send out rejections. Perhaps they were waiting to see if they needed to interview more people, but is that typical for a site to do? (I.e. be totally underwhelmed by everyone they invited for an interview and hence need to send out more invites last minute?).
Generic, non-mass invite to Harris County. Interviews on 01/16/13 and 01/21/13. I hope this process is winding down for each of you!
