CONGRATS! What time was the email from?
Fellow future HMS classmates! I currently live in the Longwood Medical Area and am searching for a female roommate! Rent is ~$600/mo, 7 min walking distance from the HMS campus/TMEC/Vandy, lease period: May 1, 2014 - Apr 30, 2015. PM me if you are interested!
I interviewed for NP but was rejected mstp pre-interview. Do you think that may have caused a delay in my email or that I have no shot? 🙁 (I.e, my email would come out with the mstp and np applicants?)
Or does anyone know when waitlist emails come out?

First post ever just to say ACCEPTED NP at 12:37 PM Central. I was completely floored.
I want to say - to all future applicants - anything is possible. I don't have astronomical stats like most people on here (MCAT low 30's, unbalanced; average GPA for HMS), but do have other things going for me. The point is, don't doubt yourself through this process. It is tremendously taxing and disappointing and it is easy to feel like nothing will work out in the end. But anything can happen and I am living proof of that!
To those who were not accepted, I am sure you have plenty of great options to choose from. In the end, you will all become great physicians who treat patients and push the boundaries of medicine. Rock on and don't look back.
See you at revisit!

To everyone who is in this boat with me, just remember that even Dicaprio doesn't have an Oscar (and he gets a shot almost every year). That is to say that a lot of times the "limiting reagent" isn't talent, hard work, or deservingness, but number of spots and a little bit of luck.
Anyway, we can't really be too disappointed. We effing interviewed at Harvard! We can tell our grandkids about this! lol

I haven't seen any changes. No Decision tab and no record of the acceptance email in the Communication section. I think that's the same as last year.

Yes(about a dozen posts above). I was invited to both, but declined the NP interview and only interviewed HST
Congrats to everyone who interviewed here. Whether accepted, waitlisted, or rejected, you endured an unusually long and tortuous process to perhaps the most selective school in the world.

No idea... Would have been nice of HMS to release all their decisions at once, on the portal and via email, like Yale just did. Come on Harvard, you don't want Yale to one up you!
LOL yea that's so funny I'm sitting here refreshing my email hoping for my Harvard decision to show up and then all of sudden I get the Yale email. Totally wasn't expecting that...Anyways, Rejected at Yale.. this isn't a good day..
No luck here. I was NP only. No news yet....assuming rejection now too 🙁
Rejection email. emotional rollercoaster today. rejected by NP, accepted to yale...can't go to yale...wouldn't have had MD/PhD funding at harvard or yale...i dno what to make of all this...
