I got an interview at Univeristy of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis today... I dont see it on the first page so I thought I would post... I got a personal phone call and they scheduled the interview for me (they had a lot of availability)
 
I saw that someone got a rejection from SUNY Upstate Child Track today, but has anyone gotten one for the Adult Track? I am kind of anticipating one, but haven't heard anything either way and I know they did send out invites on more than one occasion. Just curious.
 
Personalized email invitation to a phone interview at UT-Austin Counseling Center!! Dates include 1/7, 1/8, 1/10, 1/11, and more dates the following week (can't remember from the online scheduling system). Woot!

I think this depends. Do these different interviews have different match numbers for the tracks? If so, then you rank them separately. If the site only has one match number, then you only rank it once. This information is from what I understand from students who went through this process last year.
 
Most generic email rejection of all time (I should know at this point I guess) from The Institute of Living, just letting me know that all interview offers have been made. No elaboration, though I guess it wasn't needed.

I have not heard from them. Even though it is close of business, it still may come tonight. My notification for Bay Pines VAMC came at nearly 10pm on a Friday night.
 
Generic rejection with attachment from Baylor College of Medicine Adolescent and Adult Track.
 
Very nice, thoughtful general rejection from the VA there. It was so nice it really took the sting out of the rejection. I interviewed there last year and was so impressed with the program. To anyone fortunate to interview there good luck!
 
Non-personalized e-mail invitation for phone interviews. The e-mail said they will contact us within the next two weeks with interview times for us to rank.
 
Thank you for letting us know about Citrus. I wonder if it means that everyone who has not heard from them yet is rejected?

Are other people also having more rejections than expected and way fewer invitations than they exptected?

It's been hard for me to stay positive lately!

Yup, I'm in the same boat. I'm trying to keep hope alive by focusing on the interviews I do have. It's been said here a lot and I need to hear it often too...some people get several interviews but still don't match, some people get only a few interviews and end up matching. It's been my mantra the last few days.🙂

I am in the middle.... six interviews and waiting on one more; however, I did think that I would at least have two to three more. Most ppl are like you are in an ideal spot, but I am just going to put my best foot forward during my interviews and pray for the best!
 
Generic e-mail rejection from UC Riverside... E-mail titled "APPIC Interview Notification..." It got my hopes up, only to get smashed. Jerks. :annoyed:
 
Still waiting on San Bernardino County and Children's Institute... just got rejected from UC Santa Cruz

Congrats! I know how that feels 😉
This whole process is so demoralizing. Everyone applying to an internship has already passed their qualifiers. The final phase of training should be guaranteed to all students who pass their qualifiers, one would think 😕

Just got a rejection from Sharp, at least they let me know today
 
IYC-St. Charles sent me a letter stating they would be contacting me next week to set up interview

I applied to the Forensic Track but they didn't mention anything about tracks in the email. Good luck if you're waiting to hear from them!

got an interview at the alaska psychology internship consortium in family medicine yipeee!!!! i may freeze my butt off next year.

still waiting on texas valley coastal bend va and pacific island va and that infamous Memphis we are all desperately waiting on, but i have 7 so i am happy with that number.
 
Has anyone heard from West Virginia University (Morgantown)'s counseling center? One of the last ones I'm waiting to hear from... sending positive thoughts to everyone!!
 
From about 4:15 pm central to 4:25 pm I received almost 50 email messages. They were all automated appicas.org messages each notifying that I had successfully e-submitted my applications to specific designated sites. The designations were correct in that I had e-submitted these applications weeks ago (and received the single automated email thanking me for each successful e-submission), but it was like some malfunction or something. Did this happen to anyone else? Should I contact APPIC?

I have not heard anything from them yet. Still waiting on them and a few others...
 
No go in a friendly, non personalized email from UCSC. Still waiting on 3, which have notification deadlines from the 18th through Jan 10th (??!!?!?)
My first interview is Wednesday... Wish me luck!!

Is it just me or are sites sending out interview invitations promising to contact you soon with the dates? Interesting...I'd like to buy flights next week. I hope they're prompt with the follow up!

RAMS (National Asian American Psychology Training Center)
Sutter Center for Psychiatry (Northern California Psychology Internship Consortium)

Or from any of these sites with a later date:
Children's Hospital and Research Center Oakland
UCSF Infant-Parent Program
University of California, Davis
University of San Francisco
CAPS Fullerton
UCSF Child Trauma Research Center (Their application date has been extended to Monday, but I saw 1 person with an interview... any rejections?)

I haven't heard from USF, but I know that their notification date is Friday, December 21st.
That seems so far away!
I hope that we both hear sooner than that!

coulda sworn I saw a Match News Update that Sutter Center dropped out. Check the APPIC website...but I'm pretty sure they arent participating anymore.

Regarding Kane County Diagnostic Center, I received my rejection in the mail today... Like paper mail lol I hadn't checked the mail in a week but it was postmarked 12/12. Odd way of sending out rejections!
