The faculty of the O'Grady Residency in Psychology Internship Program would like to thank you for your interest in our program. We were very pleased that our program continues to receive a large number of highly competitive applications for our internship positions...
..
After carefully reviewing of each of our applications, we have decided to conduct only a few personal interviews so that we can find the closest matches to our program and save expenses for those who have not been ranked as high. I regret to inform you that you were not selected to be among the applicants we will interview during our second stage of selection. ..
..
I wish you the best in locating a quality internship that provides a good fit with your background and interests. Please feel free to contact us in the future should you have an interest in one of our many postdoctoral training opportunities (website: http://www.cincinnatichildrens.org/education/clinical/fellowship/beh-med/contact/)...
Thanks, Kiwagner! I'll cross my fingers for youCongratulations! I applied for the neuropsych track but haven't heard anything yet....
Hang in there...it's still early!I applied to the general track at the DC VA. I wonder how long I should hole my breath for that phone call. Haha.
I applied to their adult track and never heard from them. I bet my rejection is on the way =/Rejected from Geisinger Medical Center (child track) via generic letter attached to email on 11/21/14
I didn't apply there this year, but last year I got an interview notification from them at like 5:30pm.Anyone heard from UAB? Their materials said they would notify today.. so I guess it's not looking promising.
🙁 As another testament to my anxiety appeasing habits, I listed the percentage of applicants that each of my sites actually interviews- and Reading was one of the lowest at 21%. My very lowest was Denver Health Medical at 6%..

I think all of mine are in the 20's or lower, which is quite terrifying
Why does it seem like university counseling centers are being the slowest? I've heard nary a peep from any of them.

Yeah.. The higher ones aren't exactly much higher than 20%! Ugh!

So guys, is it just me or if you haven't gotten an invite/rejection early in the morning there probably be none coming the rest of the day? The responses I've gotten so far I got them like at 7am, latest 8. Is this the norm? (ie. Should I stop obsessively checking my email throughout the day?)
i think time varies for emails. Idk about phone calls.Mine actually came in the afternoon

Just got a personal rejection from SGH.Haven't gotten an invite nor a rejection!!
Has anyone else heard from Children's National DC? I know one person received a phone call--just interested in whether many others did, as well. Thanks!
I was wondering the same 🙂 Haven't heard anything from CNMC yet either -- not sure whether that's meaningful or not!
Was this for the medical center or counseling services?Rejection e-mail University of Oregon
Personalized rejection from Spring Grove Hospital Center via email - 11/21/14
The personalization was a nice touch...made the sting a little less painful. Ugh, this process is not fun!
Not at all, I got one last night at 5:30pm (it was 3:30 in the timezone it was sent from).
