You're in TX though right? If you applied to just about every TXMDAS school, you'll be fine if your stats are decent. Tx takes pretty good care of its kiddies.

It's always better to have made change yesterday than having to make the change tomorrow.
The only response I keep getting is, "It will be complete soon. Be patient." Funny thing is, I was one of the first ones to receive a Committee Letter interview back in March. You can imagine my frustration at this point. I was thinking of going without committee letter, but then there is that element of "maybe they will submit it tomorrow" type of thing. At this point, I better damn wait for that letter.
But whatever, there isn't much I can do and will just have to strap down and just wait it out.
I sometimes have trouble breathing while waiting these days.

School has started, and focusing on it is damn near impossible.
Just consider the Pre Allo forum is a big panic thread.
Anyone have ideas for good distractions while waiting?
I've never refreshed emails so often. I do have two II currently, but waiting to hear from hopefully at least one school where I have family ties and my home state... I panic every time I see a new post on the official interview thread and see one of the schools I applied to is sending out interviews. Praying that the rest of the schools aren't doing a silent rejection...haha.

September approaches and it's still complete silence over here. No IIs. No rejections. The most I've heard is from Mayo who requested my LORs almost two months ago.
I've wondered this too because I don't want to assume, but that is what it appears to be (assuming people are posting accurate stats with their IIs...)
Have you not heard that greed is the most soul consuming evil of all? A taste of II only invites madness craving for more...

I keep telling myself that only people who were complete early to mid July have a bunch of IIs. Hoping September is when we all see some love.
Sitting here with a 3.82 gpa and a 26 mcat with like 240h volunteering. Restudying for the MCAT highly doubting Ill do any better. Close to actually being depressed. Classes just started today and I can't really pay attention because I'm worried about the stupid MCAT. I just want to get into MSU's med school..or anywhere in MI.

Aww, come on... I'm panicking about flubbing the interview! Seriously. I will freeze up and only be able to access vocabulary words present in a two year old's brain. You don't even know...
i have multiple friends with at least 4 interviews already...still sitting at zero and silence.
