I believe that it wasn't required to apply to a track, I had stated that I was interested in the Neuropsychology rotation, but they didn't indicate whether I was only selected for that track.

Also got my long-anticipated rejection from the University of Rochester--the only rejection that actually invited me to inquire as to why I was not worthy (not expecting that!)

Email from Norwich University saying they're no longer funded for internship positions? So it looks like they're not interviewing any applicants this cycle. I didn't have time to read closely because I'm at work but NOOOOOOOO.

I thought I was the only one! I still have 7 sites to hear from.

I just checked the APPIC website, and while it says that all sites are required to notify applicants of their status by the notification date listed on their APPIC site, December 15th is only a recommended notification date. So sites can choose to notify us after December 15th, so long as they made their notification date public.

Not the site's fault in many cases. The fiscal year does not always line up with the APPI internship dates. Sometimes funding is not known until late November into December. I do agree that APPI should have some kind of refund option, but luckily it is usually a fairly small problem.
 
Has anyone received confirmation from the Kansas City VA yet on their interview date? I sent out preferences a week ago but haven't heard back. Thanks!

Email says " If any of these dates are absolutely impossible for you, please contact us so we can consider alternate arrangements." What do people think? I can rank four dates, maybe a fifth, and definitely can't make it to two - seems odd that I'd need alternative arrangements because I'm not able to make any of the seven?

They may want to know who can absolutely not be moved onto certain dates and may schedule the most restrictive folks first. I would mention it in you response when you're ranking the dates. I've written something like this for previous emails:

I appreciate your flexibility in including many interview date options. I am unable to meet on _ and _. My available dates in preferential order are: _, _, _, _, and _.
